Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your AutoBricks AI account in one of two ways. Both routes erase the same set of records — pick whichever is easier.

1. From inside your dashboard (recommended)

The fastest way. Effective within 24 hours; backups purged within 30 days.

1. Sign in at autobricksai.com.
2. Go to Account → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account, every bot you've provisioned, every OAuth token (Google Workspace, Instagram, Telegram, Postiz, etc.), all chat history, and all stored configuration are permanently deleted.

2. By email (for users who can't sign in)

Effective within 30 days. Use this if you've lost access to your sign-in method.

Email [email protected] with:

• Subject: Delete my AutoBricks data
• The email address you signed up with
• (Optional) Any bot or instance names you remember, to help us locate the right account

We'll reply within 2 business days confirming receipt, then complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

• Your account profile (email, name, billing details)
• Every bot or server instance you provisioned, including its container, configuration, and persistent volume
• All OAuth access tokens (Instagram, Google Workspace, Telegram, Postiz, etc.) — also revoked at the source provider where the API supports it
• Chat history with your Hermes bots
• API keys you generated
• Activity logs older than what's required for billing reconciliation (we retain anonymised aggregate billing records for 7 years per Singapore tax law)

4. What does not get deleted automatically

• Posts your bots published to social networks (those live on the social network — delete them there)
• Data you exported to a third party before deletion

5. Revoking a single social-network connection

You can revoke just one platform connection without deleting your AutoBricks account:

• From the dashboard: Account → Servers → your bot → Disconnect next to the platform.
• From the platform itself (works even if AutoBricks is unreachable):
  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → AutoBricks AI → Remove
  • Google: myaccount.google.com/connections → AutoBricks → Remove access

Revoking a connection wipes the on-disk token from your bot within minutes and removes our access immediately at the platform's end.
