Data Deletion
Two things you can do: disconnect a single connected account and keep using the platform, or have the whole Autobricks AI account deleted. Both are below, and both also apply if you connected an account through Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn or Reddit.
1. Disconnect one connected account
In Creators Hub, open the scheduler, find the channel and press Disconnect. That revokes our access at the platform's end and deletes the stored access token within minutes. Nothing else about your account changes.
You can also revoke from the platform itself, which works even if Autobricks AI is unreachable:
- Facebook and Meta Ads. facebook.com, Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, Autobricks AI, Remove.
- Instagram. In the app: Settings, Apps and Websites, Active, Autobricks AI, Remove.
- YouTube and Google Workspace. myaccount.google.com/permissions, Autobricks AI, Remove access.
- TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit. Each platform's connected-apps settings.
When Meta tells us you removed the app, we delete the token on our side too; you do not need to do anything else.
2. Delete the whole account
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Autobricks AI account, from the address you signed up with, or tell us that address if you have lost access to it. We confirm receipt within two working days and complete the deletion within thirty. We may ask one question to make sure the request is yours.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account profile: name, email address, avatar, password hash.
- Everything you made: chat conversations, Creators Hub workflows, prompts, uploads, generated images, video and audio, scheduled and published post records.
- Every Auto Bot you provisioned, including its container, configuration and storage.
- Every connected-account token (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, Google Workspace, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram), revoked at the platform where its API allows.
- API keys you generated.
- Server logs naming you, on their normal 90-day cycle.
4. What stays
- Billing records, anonymised, for as long as Singapore tax law requires.
- Posts already published to a social network or ads already changed in an ad account: those live on the platform, delete or revert them there.
- Anything you exported to a third party before deletion.
