Autobricks AI is a Singapore business and the agentic AI wing of Hexcore Labs. This page says what we collect when you use autobricks.ai, creators.autobricks.ai and the Creators Hub application, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to cover us.

This website

Browsing autobricks.ai collects nothing about you. The site is static files, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we store what you typed (your name, email address, phone number, organisation, what you ticked and your message), the page you sent it from, and the time. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. You receive a copy by email, and the enquiry is read by the people who answer enquiries. We keep it until you ask us to delete it.

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that conversation.

Creators Hub

Creating a Creators Hub account stores your email address and a password hash, the workflows you build, the prompts you write, the files you upload and the images, video and audio the models generate for you, along with a record of the credits each run used. That is what makes the product work: your workflows are yours, and they have to be kept somewhere to be re-run.

Generating with a model sends your prompt and any reference files to the provider of that model. Each provider processes it under its own terms. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models, and we do not sell them or show them to anybody else. A workflow you share with a link is visible to anyone holding the link until you revoke it.

Payment for credits is handled by our payment provider; we do not hold card details.

Training and engagements

If your company trains with us or engages us to build, what we hold about you is governed by the agreement for that work. Class-group messages are never published without permission, and where they are, the sender is not identifiable.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will do it within a working week. Deleting a Creators Hub account deletes the workflows and outputs with it.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that changes what we do with data you have already given us will be emailed to you first.
